Product Description: 1. The thermocouple acts as a sensor, detecting the flame and transmitting a signal to the solenoid valve in the control valve. The solenoid valve then opens the gas to successfully ignite and maintain the flame. When installing, it is important to ensure a secure connection between the control valve and thermocouple, allowing the control valve to receive the signal and ignite the gas.

1. The thermocouple and ignition needle should be installed in close proximity to allow for the sensing of the flame and induction of the solenoid valve. Follow these steps for installation:
2. Step 1: Tighten the thermocouple nut M8 onto the valve end.
3. Step 2: Connect the plastic black bakelite knob to the valve ("D" Insert).
4. Step 3: Connect the inlet and outlet hose on the respective sides, ensuring a tight fit to prevent gas leakage.
